Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare the Machine

Carefully repackage the item in its original box with all manuals and accessories to ensure it is protected during transit.

Ship It Back

Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund
